Program Manager, Government Solutions (Hybrid)

Description

The team serves government agencies with records and information management, digital transformation, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage and logistics, aiming to preserve, extract value from, and protect customer information in socially responsible ways across roughly 225,000 customers worldwide.

This is a program manager role on the Government Solutions team, working directly with public-sector agency clients to protect and modernize their critical information assets.

You will run complex public-sector programs from start to finish, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and compliant with government standards, and align the Sales, IT, and Operations teams to solve operational problems for agencies.

Responsibilities

• Run programs from kickoff to completion, setting timelines, success measures and resource allocation, and manage program budgets.
• Work directly with agency clients to tie program outcomes to their public-sector missions and contract obligations.
• Lead project teams across Operations, IT, and Sales without direct authority, building trust and shared ownership.
• Use Agile and continuous-improvement methods to streamline workflows, spot delivery risks early, and improve service efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical or operations-focused programs for Federal, State, Local, or Higher Education agency clients.
• Solid knowledge of records management systems, asset lifecycle management, or secure document digitization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, track budgets, mitigate risk, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
• Hybrid schedule: commute to the Jessup, MD location three times a week.

Hybrid work: three days a week on site in Jessup, MD.

Starting pay may vary based on several factors. Where state, municipal, provincial, territorial or other legal minimum wages are higher than the federal minimum wage, the higher rate applies.
