Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Centers Delivery

The company is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Data Centers team. The role manages contractual compliance and technical alignment on hyperscale data center builds worth millions of dollars, and leads distributed cross-functional teams to deliver multi-megawatt projects on time and within contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer deployments, covering white space readiness and fit-out, and keep the critical path schedule under control.
• Act as the main contact between customers and internal teams in Sales, Design, Construction, and Operations, so scope and requirements stay aligned.
• Find and clear blockers early, handle customer scope changes, and confirm deliverables meet company standards and contract obligations.
• Handle customer scope changes and internal change requests, including Non-Recurring Charges (NRCs), work orders, and technical scope updates.
• Read and interpret customer service orders, statements of work, and technical requirements so you understand what must be delivered.
• Organise hyperscale design reviews with customer engineering and internal design and construction teams before deployment to confirm technical scope.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a technical program manager on data center construction or infrastructure programs.
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including commissioning, power distribution, cooling, and rack-level fit-out.
• Track record of leading cross-functional groups, improving processes, and working well in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
