  • Work with Manufacturing Operations, Safety, HR, IT, Business Applications, and outside vendors to turn operational needs into scalable system solutions and keep priorities and plans aligned.
  • Map current workflows, find gaps and inefficiencies, define future processes, and lead the changes needed to make operations more effective and consistent.
  • Coordinate integrations and data flows between systems used for training, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time and attendance, safety, and reporting, working with technical teams on dependencies, data quality, and reporting needs.
  • Own program scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions, and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, deployment readiness, and post-launch support, and measure adoption and operational impact.
  • Oversee vendor implementation commitments, track results, and find ways to improve system effectiveness, process standardization, data quality, visibility, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of program or project management experience, including at least 5 years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise systems implementations, business transformation work, or similar programs.
  • Proven experience implementing, integrating, or improving enterprise business systems, turning business requirements into workable plans and measurable results.
  • Experience in one or more areas such as Workforce Management (WFM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), time and attendance, ERP, or comparable enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and systems, including requirements, process design, system dependencies, integrations, data flows, reporting, and data quality.
  • Track record of leading across functions, aligning business teams, technical staff, implementation partners, and vendors, resolving competing priorities, and driving decisions when the situation is unclear.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and execution skills, with the ability to manage several priorities, risks, and dependencies while keeping operational teams and senior leaders informed.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, or other frontline, shift-based workforces.
  • Preferred: Exposure to several workforce or safety platforms, such as Workday, Beeline, VNDLY, UKG, SAP, Docebo, or comparable systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with system integrations, APIs, data migration, identity and access management, or enterprise reporting.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Lean methods, business process reengineering, and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: Experience managing multi-system implementations or a set of interconnected enterprise applications.
