Program Manager Principal, PS Operations Automation Team

Description

The company works on financial technology, and this role sits within its Professional Services group, which onboards clients onto its products.

The location is hybrid: three days in the office and two days virtual.

You will shape how the Professional Services group onboards clients, using a digital-first approach. You will guide and assign work across a cross-functional team, leading business process design and defining what the platform needs to enable client products.

The role calls for persistent curiosity, since process discovery and re-engineering depend on digging into how work actually happens today.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of processes for key products by mapping current state through discovery and research, then recommend changes that reach the target future state.
• Build change strategy frameworks so new solutions can be rolled out deliberately and adopted at scale.
• Work with several enterprise-wide teams to plan and carry out new tools and processes for client management, consultation and client solution development.
• Produce artifacts and visual frameworks that make software and agentic practices easier to grasp.
• Test the assumptions behind business cases and decide how their outcomes will be measured.
• Negotiate, plan and manage the change needed to deploy new solutions so employees and clients get the outcomes intended.
• Work across disciplines to change how a large workforce operates.

Requirements

• Experience designing and rolling out enterprise-wide process change through technology.
• Ability to turn tactical solutions into a strategic framework and vision.
• Strong problem solving in a fast-paced setting.
• Good judgment in assessing operational frameworks and spotting effective changes quickly.
• Experience in process optimization, change management and agile software development.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams toward shared goals for both short-term and long-term program objectives.
• A track record of finding another route when blocked or facing setbacks.
