  • Shape product, business, marketing, and field strategy by turning market, competitive, customer, and business insights into clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in product marketing, business management, commercial strategy, field enablement, sales strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Proven expertise in areas such as competitive analysis and scorecarding, value-based pricing, value selling, product marketing, field enablement, or commercial strategy.
  • Excellent business judgment, with the ability to link strategic initiatives to customer value, competitive differentiation, and measurable outcomes.
  • A record of leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and influencing stakeholders across organizational and functional lines.
  • Strong ability to structure and solve highly complex, ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience applying analytical frameworks and first-principles thinking to build new approaches.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Engineering/PSE, and other cross-functional groups.
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on business partner focused on execution.
  • In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior business and functional leaders.
  • Shape business direction through new strategies, processes, tools, and operating models.
  • Lead highly visible, multidisciplinary initiatives with wide organizational impact.
