  • Work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Client Success and other stakeholders to set requirements, settle disagreements, clear blockers and deliver strong product results.
  • Share product plans, roadmap priorities and delivery progress clearly, both internally and with customers.

  • At least 3 years managing people, with multiple direct reports, including remote or geographically spread teams.
  • Experience delivering technology in healthcare, ideally with payers and/or providers, and familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Solid technical understanding and a track record of working with Engineering to turn customer and business needs into clear requirements.
  • Strong grasp of Agile software development and the judgment to balance short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Proven use of customer research, market insight and data to find opportunities and make roadmap decisions.
  • Comfort making sound decisions with incomplete information and handling strategic trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adjusted for executives, customers, technical teams and operations staff.
  • Strong organizational, project management and process improvement skills, with the ability to keep work moving across several teams and priorities.
  • A strategic, detail-oriented leader who sees how product decisions tie to company strategy and customer results.
  • A collaborative, proactive leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships and moves work forward.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a deep understanding of the product and a willingness to advocate for customer needs.
  • Willingness to work across time zones when needed and to take part in customer-facing activities.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in product management, healthcare technology, business or a related field.
