Description

The company's e-invoicing and business document exchange platform lets businesses connect once to an open network and send and receive compliant e-invoices, purchase orders and other documents with customers, suppliers and tax authorities, whatever systems they use.

The team makes sure customers can trade with businesses and consumers who do not use standard e-invoices. The work takes the platform beyond markets with e-invoicing mandates and aims for growth through wider reach.

Services run in both directions: capturing invoices and orders that arrive on paper or by email, and delivering invoices by print, email or, in the Nordics, to a customer's online bank or digital mailbox. Specialist sub-processors, including AI solutions, are combined with the company's invoicing expertise.

You report to the Director of Product Management. Prior exposure to the company through integration, services or support helps, but newcomers are welcome. The role suits someone early in their product career who will learn from experienced Product Managers and take on more ownership over time.

Responsibilities

  • Help build, manage and grow the capture-to-delivery services by researching markets and competitors, writing business cases for new markets, channels and service tiers, and helping set their pricing, packaging and improvements.
  • Help manage sub-processors by preparing performance data and review agendas, giving your view in reviews, and driving follow-up actions.
  • Monitor each service's volumes, quality, cost per document and margin, turn results into reports on what works and where to act, and keep service information and decision records current.
  • Join customer meetings and identify patterns in what Sales, Support and Professional Services hear.
  • Form your own view of what good looks like, flag shortfalls, and spot how a change at a sub-processor, in the platform or in a delivery channel affects customers, costs and other teams.
  • Use AI tools to prepare for calls and analyse sub-processor and service data, checking their outputs before you rely on them.
  • Over time, take ownership of defined parts of the portfolio and then sub-processor relationships, bringing proposals rather than only problems.

Requirements

  • Some early-career background in product, operations, analysis or customer-facing tech, gained through internships or projects, showing that you learn fast and deliver.
  • Curiosity about customers: you ask who a service serves and what problem it solves before proposing a fix.
  • Sound judgement of good work: you form a view and say when something falls short.
  • Interest in go-to-market, competitor moves, and how a change in one area affects the rest.
  • Comfort with data: you can pull, question and explain numbers and define what success looks like.
  • Regular use of AI tools to learn and work faster, with the judgement to check their output.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through across several people and sub-processors, bringing next steps as well as problems.
  • Preferred: experience working with sub-processors or contracts.
  • Preferred: prior work in a company position such as integration, support or professional services.
  • Preferred: familiarity with e-invoicing, order processing, accounts payable or receivable, or document capture.
  • Preferred: experience preparing reports or presenting to customers or senior colleagues.
