Product Manager Assistant (Korean Bilingual)

The team supports pricing, product lifecycle, market analysis, and go-to-market work, and helps drive business growth and successful product launches. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Forecasting, Supply Chain, and the global factory and headquarters teams.

This is a contract role for someone analytical, collaborative, and comfortable juggling several priorities in a fast-moving matrix setting.

Responsibilities

• Build pricing models and cost-benefit analyses, and review weekly or monthly sales reports to help sales teams secure floor space and grow share.
• Coordinate new product introductions (NPI), track development milestones, enter product data into internal systems such as Product net, and carry out launch tasks.
• Track competitor pricing, product positioning, and market share through store visits and industry data to spot growth gaps.
• Follow production and shipping logistics, analyze Production-Sales-Inventory (PSI) data by model, and raise supply chain or stock problems.
• Act as the link between local sales, marketing, forecasting, supply chain, and global factory and headquarters teams.
• Support the marketing team with promotional materials, product training modules, and stakeholder documents.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, business planning, or a closely related area.
• Analyze market, sales, and financial data with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understand product lifecycle management, including planning, forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
• Build business cases and offer strategic recommendations based on market and competitive findings.
• Manage several priorities and deadlines through strong project management.
• Communicate clearly, present well, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Work well across functions and in a matrix organization, and stay self-driven and results-oriented while working independently in a fast-moving setting.
• Communicate in Korean and English (bilingual, required).
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools is preferred.
• Understanding of consumer electronics, retail channels, and market trends is preferred.

Conditions

This is a contract position.

The recruiting range is $114,000 to $119,000 USD.
