Description

The company has spent more than a decade connecting creators and brands with millions of consumers, and its platform supports over $6 billion in yearly retail sales. It holds a decade of commerce data on how people find products, how creators sway purchases, and how brands and shoppers connect.

In this role you will build on that base to define the next wave of creator and agentic commerce: how AI helps brands find suitable creators, turns commerce intelligence into sharper decisions, and lets agents act for shoppers while keeping their goals central. Your remit covers the agent harness in the creator management platform, LLM judges, in-house ML models, and the proprietary knowledge graph linking creator, brand, campaign, and marketplace data.

This is a hands-on technical role and one of the most senior individual contributor product positions at the company, working in close partnership with the machine learning and data science team. Together you will set model capabilities, data and system needs, rigorous evaluations, and trade-offs among quality, reliability, latency, and cost. With a voice in strategy, technical direction, and investment, you will turn the company's data and relationships into products that change how creators run businesses, how brands reach customers, and how shoppers buy.

The company was founded in 2011, is headquartered in Dallas, TX, and operates on five continents. Creators in more than 160 countries drive over $5 billion in annual retail sales through their LTK Shop profiles, and more than 40 million consumers use those shops each month. More than 8,000 retailers and 1M brands work with the company's global creator network.

Responsibilities

  • Set the long-range direction and multi-quarter AI product plan for the proprietary ML models, agent infrastructure, evaluation systems, agent harness for customer-facing experiences, LLM judges, and knowledge graph.
  • Convert customer pain points into model work and experiments with the ML and data science teams, and shape the data quality, coverage, and feedback loops that improve model performance over time.
  • Work with engineering on model selection, retrieval, tool use, and build-or-buy calls, weighing quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • Define how agents read customer goals and act for them: which tools and information they can use, when they need approval, and how customers can see, control, and override their actions. Build in privacy, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Take charge of how products are evaluated and what must be true before they launch. With the ML and data science teams, build representative evaluation datasets, investigate failures, and monitor production quality for task success, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • Raise the standard for AI evaluation across the company. Follow research and industry guidance on non-deterministic experiences, test new methods, and evolve shared frameworks, tools, and quality standards. Help other PMs build evaluations and strengthen launch readiness and production monitoring.
  • Work with product leads across the company to find where AI adds the most value for creators, brands, and consumers. Narrow these to a focused set of opportunities, then validate their impact and bring them into customer-facing products.
  • Champion responsible AI development that balances innovation with reliability, privacy, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Spread AI-native product thinking across teams, influence senior leaders, and help shape the company's long-term AI opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including owning complex technical products, multi-quarter strategy, and influencing product direction and business results across teams.
  • Experience shipping and improving AI/ML products in production, such as LLM applications, AI agents, or model-backed workflows, with measurable customer adoption and business impact.
  • Strong technical fluency and hands-on work with ML engineers and applied scientists to set model requirements, guide experiments, and turn results into product decisions. Concrete contributions on model behavior, system architecture, data quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • Deep experience evaluating AI products, including non-deterministic model and agent behavior. You have built evaluation frameworks, investigated failure patterns, and helped teams adopt better practices. You track advances in AI evaluation and can tell which approaches are ready for production.
  • Hands-on use of prototypes, evaluation tools, and data analysis to test product ideas, diagnose AI behavior, and improve quality.
  • Sound product judgment: you spot valuable AI opportunities, turn complex capabilities into intuitive experiences, and balance innovation with business priorities and technical limits.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, shaping strategic product and investment decisions, and aligning senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Understanding of responsible AI product development, including reliability, privacy, safety, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A drive to seize opportunities and act with urgency.
  • Commitment to tight prioritization and operational excellence.
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
