Description

The company is a creator commerce platform, founded in 2011, that helps lifestyle creators earn money from their content through a shopping app and tools that make content shoppable.

Creators in more than 160 countries drive over $5 billion in annual retail sales through their shop profiles, and more than 40 million consumers use the shopping platform each month.

More than 8,000 retailers and 1M+ brands work with the company to reach its creator network. The company is headquartered in Dallas, TX and operates on five continents.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a product leader who works with AI in their daily practice and wants to define what comes next for creator commerce. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success.

Responsibilities

  • Set the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience, including how creators find opportunities, connect with brands, and turn their ideas into shoppable content.
  • Rethink the creator experience for the AI era by finding ways to simplify workflows, remove friction, and build products that help creators grow their businesses.
  • Explore how AI and ML can grow creators' influence and their economic success on the platform.
  • Use creator research, behavioral data, and experiments to improve engagement, retention, creator earnings, and overall experience quality.
  • Define and track outcome measures for experience quality, creator engagement and retention, and creator earnings. Set baselines, state trade-offs openly, and use results to guide investment and iteration.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success around a clear vision, work through complex trade-offs, and drive delivery across connected product areas.
  • Stay close to customers and learn quickly from real user signals using AI-native methods.
  • Act as a senior product partner who tests assumptions, sharpens product thinking, and helps teams make better decisions for the creator experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas, multi-quarter strategy, and clear influence on product direction and business results across several teams.
  • Preferred: experience with e-commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, recommendations, or product discovery.
  • A record of shaping product vision and strategy for consumer products or large, complex platforms, with meaningful customer and business impact.
  • Hands-on experience shipping and improving AI-powered products, including writing evals yourself: building realistic test cases, setting quality criteria and scoring rubrics, and using failure analysis to guide iteration and launch decisions.
  • Experience building working prototypes with AI tools on your own to make ideas concrete, test assumptions with customers, and inform product and engineering choices before full build.
  • A regular habit of using AI in product work, such as synthesizing research, analyzing data, prototyping, and running experiments, with sound judgment on checking outputs and knowing where human expertise is needed.
  • Strong product judgment: you turn customer needs into differentiated experiences while balancing technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term investment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional work, shape strategic product and investment decisions, and build alignment with senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills: you can explain a compelling product vision, challenge assumptions, and persuade stakeholders across functions.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A bias for seizing opportunities and acting with urgency.
  • Discipline in prioritization and operational excellence.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
