Description

The company is a global SaaS platform for gifting and branded swag, used by B2B companies to build relationships with prospects, customers and employees and to measure the return on that spend.

The platform handles personalised gifts, branded merchandise and event and brand experiences, with automated sourcing, storage and worldwide delivery. It connects with marketing, sales and HR systems.

The company has offices in New York, London and Lisbon and is hiring a Product Manager.

You will shape the company Platform and own customer and business problems through to software that produces measurable results.

You report to the Chief Product Officer and run product initiatives from start to finish: finding and understanding the right problem, discovery and delivery, launch, adoption and ongoing improvement.

You will work largely on your own, gathering context on customers, the market, internal teams, data and technology so you know what the company needs to reach its goals, and you will make good calls when the direction is unclear.

You will work closely with Engineering and Design and across the business to align people, explain decisions and make sure what ships is adopted and delivers the intended outcomes.

This role suits someone who likes hard problems, takes ownership and can move between customer, technical and business discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Set product direction and priorities by weighing company goals, internal needs, customer feedback, market conditions, data and technical factors to pick the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Define the problem and the intended experience before choosing a solution, using clear narratives, user journeys and shared context so Design and Engineering understand the outcome sought.
  • Own initiatives from discovery and solution definition through delivery, rollout and iteration, working with Engineering to control scope, make practical trade-offs and ship useful work quickly.
  • Make sound product decisions by balancing customer needs, business needs, commercial impact, user experience and technical constraints, and get the wider business aligned on compromises, priorities and expectations.
  • Build partnerships with technology partners to find shared opportunities, shape integrations, align roadmaps and handle the product and commercial questions needed to take joint offerings to market.
  • Coordinate launches and adoption with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, Legal and other teams so the business is ready and customers see value.
  • Keep leadership and teams informed about decisions, progress, risks, changes and results.

Requirements

  • You have a proven record of owning B2B SaaS products from end to end, from picking the right problems through delivery and adoption to measurable customer and business results.
  • You get to the root of complex problems, add structure where things are unclear, and use evidence and judgement to choose a direction.
  • You act on your own initiative, seeking out customers, stakeholders, data and context instead of waiting to be told, while staying focused on company goals.
  • You understand business and commercial matters and are interested in how the whole company works, so you can weigh competing needs and decide pragmatically beyond Product.
  • You are technical enough to work well with Engineering, understand systems, integrations and constraints, ask good questions and shape scope and solution choices.
  • You communicate exceptionally well, creating clarity, persuading others, raising hard trade-offs and adjusting your message for customers, engineers, leaders and the wider business.
  • You are as comfortable with external partners as with internal teams, building good relationships, finding shared opportunities and influencing without formal authority across product, technical and commercial discussions.
  • You have a strong feel for product and user experience and care whether the whole experience is coherent and high quality, not just whether features were delivered.

Conditions

Full-time role based at the company's offices in New York, London or Lisbon.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and generous stock options.
  • Employer-contributed pension through NEST.
  • Subsidised private medical insurance covering mental health support and quick access to care.
  • Flexible paid time off that grows with your length of service, plus extra flexibility for unexpected life events.
  • A collaborative culture with people who are creative, fun and ambitious.
  • The company welcomes applicants from every background, since it believes diverse teams reach its mission faster.
