Product Director - Finance Data

Description

The role is Director, Product Management (PXDP60).

The Finance Data North Star is a horizontal product team that drives the development of the finance data ecosystem. The team builds data capabilities that let Finance produce, consume and manage data across the full data lifecycle, supporting financial reporting for business lines, regulators and investors.

The product framework sets five areas that form the basis of strong product management: human-centered work, business focus, technology-driven delivery, integrated problem solving and transformational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over the needs of internal and external customers to rethink and innovate product solutions.
• Deliver high-impact outcomes by using leverage and strong execution.
• Use technology to build innovative, resilient solutions that create both near-term and long-term value.
• Identify and solve complex problems to deliver results while managing product risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and align the organization.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of product management experience.
• Preferred: experience turning business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Conditions

Pay ranges by location for full-time roles: Cambridge, MA and McLean, VA: $230,400 to $263,000. Richmond, VA: $209,500 to $239,100. These are the company's pay ranges at the time of posting and apply only to work performed in these locations.

Candidates hired for other locations will be paid within that location's range, and the exact salary will appear in the offer letter.

Part-time salaries are prorated based on the agreed number of regular hours.
