Description

You will own the product development process for a key product, working hands-on from NPI through volume ramp to keep the project milestones on track and push the team past any technical or logistical blockers.

This role leads the product development process, bringing clear accountability, visibility and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality and sales.

You will make sure customer commitments such as project milestones, engineering samples and volume ramps are achievable, can scale, and are delivered well, in a market where supply is tight and the pace is quick.

The company is a global semiconductor firm rapidly growing its AI-focused power delivery business. Its portfolio includes high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages (SPS with integrated capacitors and multiple silicon die), Power Towers (power modules combining several SPS-equivalents with capacitors and inductors), and power MOSFETs.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned customer programs from start to finish.
  • Line up internal development timelines with what the customer expects.
  • Spot program risks early and put mitigation plans in place.
  • Run regular program reviews, both internal and with customers.
  • Learn the customer's forecast and volume ramp needs.
  • Work with supply chain, manufacturing and capacity planning so the ramp is ready.
  • Track ramp execution and raise constraints early.
  • Make sure customer demand and supply capacity match.
  • Follow requested ship dates, lead times and build status for engineering samples.
  • Lead cross-functional work to hit sample commitments.
  • Enforce governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews.
  • Serve as the single point of coordination across product line management, design engineering, applications and FAEs, operations and supply chain, quality, and sales.
  • Build execution dashboards and KPIs.
  • Give clear status updates on schedule, quality, supply and risk.
  • Escalate critical issues with data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.
  • 10+ years in product management, product marketing or operations in semiconductors, ideally in power electronics or infrastructure markets.
  • A solid grasp of NPI processes, supply chain operations and volume ramp execution.
  • Experience running complex, high-visibility customer programs.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams without formal authority over them.
  • Strong communication, organization and executive presentation skills.
  • An analytical approach and the ability to build structured execution dashboards.

Conditions

The expected annual pay range is $210K-$270K.

Final offer depends on geographic location, relevant experience and skillset.

The role is eligible for bonus opportunities.

The company is an embedded semiconductor solutions provider with more than 21,000 engineers in over 30 countries, working on automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT technology.
