Join the global product management group for the company's platform and help drive successful launches, upgrades, and commercial readiness outside the U.S.
You will report to a Senior Group Product Manager in the Systems and Software team and act as the main product management contact for hardware and software launches outside the U.S.
The work centres on running cross-functional launches, building repeatable launch processes, and working with global commercial, product operations, engineering, regulatory, clinical education, and regional teams so that markets are ready to introduce and support new capabilities.
Operational leadership, attention to detail, sound prioritization, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority are central to the role.
Responsibilities
Lead hardware launch coordination, execution, and reporting for platform launches and upgrades, setting milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
Build and keep improving consistent, efficient processes for launching systems and software after first market introduction, using lessons learned to raise launch quality, speed, and predictability.
Drive commercial readiness for new-market and out-of-U.S. software launches with global marketing, sales, operations, training, regulatory, quality, and regional teams, finding and closing readiness gaps.
Own system allocation planning and prioritization for internal systems and upgrades, balancing internal and external needs against business priorities, launch timing, customer commitments, and available supply. Manage demo system upgrades and readiness.
Lead go-to-market readiness and launch execution for individual countries outside the U.S., adapting plans to local requirements while staying aligned with global strategy and standard processes.
Set and maintain launch readiness requirements, criteria, and governance so that technical, operational, commercial, regulatory, training, and market requirements are defined, tracked, and met before launch.
Coordinate training readiness outside the U.S. with Clinical Education, regional commercial teams, and other stakeholders, covering training needs, timing, materials, deployment, and launch support.
Act as the primary product management contact for out-of-U.S. launch stakeholders, giving clear communication, decision support, issue resolution, and escalation across global and regional teams.
Run cross-functional launch meetings and working sessions, keeping people accountable and issues resolved on time across engineering, product operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory, clinical education, marketing, sales, and regional organizations.
Work with global markets to understand country-specific customer, operational, regulatory, and commercial needs, then turn those insights into launch requirements, prioritization recommendations, and process improvements.
Use quantitative analysis, forecasting, market impact assessment, and stakeholder input to guide launch sequencing, system allocation, and readiness decisions.
Build a deep understanding of the platform, its hardware and software configurations, and the commercial and operational processes needed to introduce and sustain it globally.
Support product management across the lifecycle as needed, including requirements development, design reviews, launch planning, post-launch feedback, and sustaining work.
