Description

The company is publicly listed on NASDAQ and builds rack-scale AI infrastructure using purpose-built connectivity products, working with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners.

Its connectivity platform combines CXL, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe and UALink technologies with the company's COSMOS software suite to build scale-up and scale-out systems, and its custom connectivity business delivers tailored architectures for specific customer needs.

The Applied AI team uses AI to improve business results as the company grows. This senior, hands-on role sets direction and leads delivery for AI-enabled products and workflows used across the business.

You will link business priorities and user needs to a product strategy, then guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and measured results. You will stay close enough to the technology to prototype, weigh trade-offs and guide responsible implementation, focusing on scalable solutions to real business problems rather than AI for its own sake.

Success means an outcome-based AI roadmap that business leaders and delivery teams back, high-value AI solutions with strong adoption, responsible controls and measurable impact, and repeatable practices for discovery, prioritization, evaluation and rollout that let the Applied AI function scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, portfolio and multi-quarter roadmap for Applied AI products and workflow solutions, tied to company priorities and business outcomes.
  • Work with business leaders and end users to find high-value opportunities, map current workflows, measure pain points and test product hypotheses.
  • Rank opportunities with a clear framework that weighs user value, business impact, feasibility, risk, dependencies, scalability and time to value.
  • Turn needs into product vision, requirements, user journeys, success measures and realistic delivery plans.
  • Lead execution across Applied AI, engineering, IT, security, data and business partners, aligning owners, decisions, dependencies, milestones and trade-offs.
  • Use AI tools and rapid prototyping, including Glean, Claude Code and approved automation tools, to test concepts and inform product choices.
  • Set quality and evaluation standards covering accuracy, reliability, user experience, adoption and human review where needed.
  • Define and track adoption, time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality, user satisfaction and business impact, and use the results to adjust roadmaps and investment.
  • Guide launch, change management, enablement, documentation and feedback loops so solutions are adopted and kept in use.
  • Build privacy, security, responsible AI, access controls and appropriate human oversight into discovery, design, development and rollout.
  • Explain strategy, progress, risks and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and working teams, and build agreement when priorities or views differ.
  • Refine repeatable product practices for AI discovery, prioritization, evaluation, delivery and adoption as the Applied AI function grows.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology strategy, business transformation, enterprise systems, AI or automation, or a similar field, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • A track record of turning business needs into product strategy, prioritized roadmaps, clear requirements and measurable results.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and varied cross-functional teams while balancing business goals, user needs, technical limits and risk.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, enterprise AI products, workflow automation or AI-enabled internal tools, with the judgment to tell when AI is the wrong answer.
  • Enough technical fluency to work credibly with engineering and IT, assess trade-offs, and prototype or test ideas with AI tools.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, including defining success metrics and using data and user feedback to set priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing a portfolio of initiatives, dependencies, decisions, risks and stakeholder follow-through.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with a record of explaining complex topics to technical and business audiences.
  • Sound judgment in building privacy, security, responsible AI and human oversight into product decisions.
  • Preferred: an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • Preferred: experience leading AI product or internal AI transformation work from discovery through production rollout and adoption.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Glean, Claude Code, LLM-based applications, AI agents or workflow automation platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with product analytics, AI evaluation, experimentation or measuring operational improvement.
  • Preferred: experience building AI capabilities or scalable internal products in a high-growth or fast-changing organization.
