Description

The company is publicly listed on NASDAQ and makes semiconductor-based connectivity for rack-scale AI infrastructure, using purpose-built chips and systems that link components through CXL, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe and UALink.

Its software suite ties these technologies into flexible systems for both scale-up and scale-out connectivity.

Alongside its standards-based products, the company builds custom connectivity architectures for customers with unique infrastructure needs.

This is a senior, high-visibility role that supports leadership on the company's most important customer and business initiatives.

You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Field Applications, Supply Chain and other groups to spot execution gaps, enforce accountability and speed up results.

The goal is to help strategic sales opportunities turn into revenue. The role suits someone technically credible, well organized, at ease with senior executives and persistent about getting problems resolved.

The role is built for an operator who wants to grow beyond program management into broader business leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Run regular executive reviews of the company's strategically important sales and business initiatives.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, FAE and other teams to find blockers, dependencies and execution risks.
  • Set clear action owners, deadlines and follow-up routines.
  • Track open issues until they are closed, and escalate stalled or high-impact items early.
  • Write brief executive reports covering progress, risks, blockers and the leadership actions needed.
  • Hold cross-functional stakeholders to their commitments and push critical issues to timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain a view of major AI infrastructure buildout programs across key customers and market segments.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and others to learn about customer programs, product adoption, competitors and whitespace opportunities.
  • Create customer and market heatmaps showing where the company's products are deployed now and where new opportunities may emerge.
  • Lead regular executive updates on customer program developments and business opportunities.
  • Own programs that speed up growth and close execution gaps against company objectives.
  • Design frameworks that link customer opportunities, product initiatives and execution priorities to broader business goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to monitor progress on strategic objectives.
  • Identify systemic execution problems and set up mechanisms that improve responsiveness and accountability.
  • Learn how semiconductor products are developed and manufactured, including silicon development, validation, tape-out, foundry, packaging and production.
  • Over time, help monitor critical supply-chain risks and dependencies across foundry, OSAT, substrate and other key suppliers.
  • Set up reporting that flags emerging supply constraints and risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Significant experience in program management, product operations, business acceleration, product management or a similar cross-functional role in semiconductor, hardware, connectivity, computing or AI infrastructure.
  • A solid grasp of semiconductor and hardware product development.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain them clearly to technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills to quickly build clear, executive-ready slide stories, and proven fluency with AI tools for analysis, reporting and communication.
  • Experience working across Engineering, Product, Sales, FAE, Operations and/or Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to manage several high-priority initiatives at once and keep rigorous follow-through.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with semiconductor, connectivity, networking, compute, storage or AI infrastructure products is highly desirable.
  • Drives accountability rather than just tracking status.
  • Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and escalating when commitments slip.
  • Strong executive presence and communication.
  • Works well with incomplete information and shifting priorities.
  • Persistent, and willing to chase down the information needed to move work forward.
  • Pairs technical depth with sound business judgment.
  • Thinks like an operator and owns outcomes.
  • Shows potential to grow into broader business or general management leadership.

Conditions

The salary range is $205,000 to $260,000, depending on experience, level and business need.

The company welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, including people of color, LGBTQ+ and non-binary people, veterans, parents and people with disabilities.

Benefits

  • May be eligible for a discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
