Responsibilities

  • Analyse workforce trends in hiring, retention, engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness using statistical, predictive and scenario methods, including AI, to assess People initiatives and find ways to improve outcomes and planning.

  • Interest in AI and new technology, plus curiosity, commercial awareness and a drive to improve organisational results with data.
  • Ability to turn complex data into persuasive insights and practical recommendations, influence senior stakeholders and back decisions with evidence.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy and responsible AI, and experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, R or similar.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and People data landscapes, ideally Workday. Strong collaboration skills to build trust across People teams and the wider business.
