Description

The company is the company's technology team in Warsaw, called HelloTech, which has more than 1000 people and builds the digital products behind meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat and seafood.

The business is subscription-based and sells directly to consumers, so technology touches apps, personalisation, pricing, forecasting, supply chain, and food waste reduction. Each brand runs on its own, but they share platforms, data, and operations built by HelloTech.

Teams are autonomous and cross-functional, and each owns a product or domain from start to finish. The Warsaw office works with international teams on scalable, data-driven products used across several markets, with a modern tech stack.

The role is a Senior Product Analyst focused on web and app analytics, supporting product and growth decisions across the organisation. You will work with the analytics and reporting function and cover both Berlin and New York City time zones.

The work means solving difficult business problems with product usage and customer data to improve digital experiences, user experience design, product development, and the customer journey. You will also build professional dashboards and reports for critical product and growth initiatives for executives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Product organisation, including product, software engineering, and UX leads, to support strategy and decisions based on evidence.
  • Gather requirements and set project goals with cross-functional teams, then plan and carry out data-driven tasks using project management methods.
  • Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and experiments to measure the effect of product features and improve the user experience.
  • Build automated reports and dashboards that give people access to data and let them run their own analysis.
  • Create KPI trees and measurement frameworks, and track product performance across app and web to find areas to improve.
  • Use AI and automation tools to speed up data analysis, reporting, and the generation of insights.
  • Explain complex data and statistical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders so they can make strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Snowplow, including advanced setup and custom event tracking. Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus.
  • Advanced BigQuery skills: complex SQL, query tuning, data modelling, and work with large datasets.
  • Advanced Python for data analysis, automation, and building analysis tools, using libraries such as pandas and numpy.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
  • Proven experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve analytical work.
  • Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics, including cookie and event tracking, user behaviour analysis, and experiment design.
  • Solid grasp of descriptive and inferential statistics.
  • Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data stack tools is preferred.
  • Previous work for fast-paced, product-led, or consumer-facing technology companies.
  • At least 5 years analysing complex data in a business setting, including at least 3 years in product or web/app analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and take a project from an unclear problem to clear, actionable recommendations.
  • The company values people who will improve the company. Diverse routes into skills are welcome, so apply even if you do not meet every requirement.

Conditions

Based at the Warsaw office, working with teams across Berlin and New York City time zones.

Equal opportunity employer; applicants are assessed on merit.

Benefits

  • Work with experienced engineers and product partners across international HelloTech teams, in a culture that shares knowledge actively.
  • Build and run modern systems at global scale, serving over 6 million customers and complex supply chain operations.
  • Shape best practices, architecture, design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
  • Own decisions from problem definition through to production, improving systems for long-term scalability.
  • Access to the Warsaw Centre Point workspace, with showers, breakout areas, outdoor space, bike parking, and refreshments including coffee, soft drinks, and fruit.
  • The company aims to review profiles and reply within 5 business days.
