Description

The company supports the U.S. Marine Corps' Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps program, a mission-critical SaaS effort that moves Marine Corps logistics, supply chain and sustainment work onto Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

The goal is to keep equipment, assets and fleets mission-capable through better, data-driven maintenance, which feeds directly into warfighter readiness.

You will be a senior Oracle Fusion SCM developer focused on the Maintenance module, designing and configuring preventative maintenance (PM) solutions for USMC readiness.

This role is about maintenance specifically, not general SCM. You need working knowledge of PM scheduling, asset lifecycle management, work order execution, and using predictive analytics to shift from reactive repairs to proactive, condition-based upkeep.

Your configurations will shape how the Marine Corps looks after its critical assets and fleets.

This is a full-time, regular position in Information Technology with up to 10% local travel.

Responsibilities

  • Set up Oracle Fusion Maintenance components, including Work Orders, Asset Maintenance, Maintenance Programs and Work Definitions.
  • Plan PM schedules and asset lifecycle strategies for USMC equipment.
  • Add predictive analytics and condition-based maintenance triggers to make PM more effective.
  • Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards that track maintenance KPIs and asset health.
  • Extend maintenance functions by configuring Fusion through Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Talk directly with USMC logistics stakeholders and turn their operational needs into system configurations.
  • Support SIT and UAT cycles, fix defects and check maintenance workflows.
  • Write functional and technical specifications for maintenance configurations.
  • Work in an Agile team alongside functional leads, business analysts and testers.
  • Make sure every configuration meets DoD data security and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent professional experience.
  • Bring 5+ years of hands-on work in the Oracle Fusion Maintenance module.
  • Show proven skill designing preventative maintenance programs for asset-intensive operations.
  • Be proficient with OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion reporting tools.
  • Have hands-on configuration experience with Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Desired: an active Secret clearance, which is strongly preferred.
  • Desired: Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM Cloud or Maintenance Cloud.
  • Desired: experience with predictive analytics or IoT tools, such as condition-based monitoring or sensor-driven maintenance triggers.
  • Desired: prior work on GCSS-MC, GCSS-Army or other military logistics ERP systems.
  • Desired: Agile or SAFe experience or certification.
