Onsite Patient Monitoring Project Manager - Georgia/Alabama

Description

You will own project management and implementation for the company's Patient Care Solutions line, which covers Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative and Maternal Infant Care products. You will be the central point for sales order review, project planning and documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution.

The role is based in the Georgia/Alabama market. Projects outside this area but still in the Southeast may occasionally come up.

This is a remote role with onsite support at customer sites and flexibility to work from home. Travel to customer sites may take up to 50% of your time.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers satisfied and processes productive throughout installation, acting as the main link between the company and the customer.
• Carry out managed projects, identifying which deliverables and responsibilities belong to the company and which to the customer, as set out in the sales contract.
• Track and report implementation progress, including equipment delivery, installation and testing. Track project deliverables and assign owners.
• Keep project milestone dates accurate.
• Produce clear, reliable data on key business metrics and revenue forecasts.
• Spot, escalate and resolve issues that could affect customer satisfaction or company operating targets.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience, such as field engineering or biomedical work.
• At least 3 years of equipment project management experience.
• A record of delivering projects on or ahead of schedule, such as in construction, healthcare IT or equipment installation.
• Ability to manage several projects and competing priorities independently.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future for this role.

Conditions

Based in the Georgia/Alabama market with travel to customer sites of up to 50% of your time.

Remote work with onsite support required at customer sites.
