Description

The company is expanding its use of Microsoft Copilot Studio and related agent tools, and this role sets the strategy, governance, service delivery and enterprise rollout for them across the organization.

You will be the main owner and subject-matter expert for Copilot Studio, turning fast-moving Microsoft AI features into an enterprise plan. You will work closely with Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and business teams to build a lasting agent ecosystem that weighs innovation and user experience against security, compliance, cost and operations.

Over time the role may widen into leading agent governance and lifecycle more broadly, including agent identity and access, autonomous and multi-agent solutions, moving legacy processes into AI-enabled workflows, managing AI consumption, reusable agent patterns, agent observability, and connecting low-code with professional AI development. You will link new AI technology to everyday enterprise use and move experiments into secure, scalable, supported services.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Copilot Studio product strategy, roadmap, service model and lifecycle, from evaluating a capability through enterprise rollout and ongoing support.
  • Assess new Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot and agent features for business value, enterprise readiness, governance needs and service impact.
  • Set measures for adoption, service health, governance, user experience and responsible AI usage.
  • Design governance and operating models for newer capabilities such as autonomous agents, agent identities, multi-agent solutions and agent discovery.
  • Find where Copilot Studio administration, monitoring, provisioning, reporting and governance can be automated.
  • Build scalable enablement for agent makers, including guidance, training, playbooks, reusable development patterns and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building agents, knowledge sources, tools and connectors, authentication, sharing, publishing and enterprise governance.
  • You have built or managed governance frameworks for enterprise generative AI or agent-based solutions.
  • You understand the Power Platform ecosystem and how it relates to Copilot Studio, including environments, Dataverse, data policies, connectors, solutions and application lifecycle management.
  • You have evaluated AI licensing, consumption, capacity and cost models and turned them into enterprise service decisions.
  • You have led cross-functional technology initiatives and driven outcomes without direct authority over the people involved.
  • Preferred: experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, APIs, service principals, Entra identity concepts or other technologies often integrated with Copilot Studio.
  • Preferred: experience building automated governance, administration, operational reporting or monitoring solutions.
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise technology services within a large, highly governed organization.
