Description

The company is building the operating system for modern Finance, and its teams work across continents, cultures and time zones.

This remote role runs cross-functional programs for revenue growth, product commercialization and enterprise transformation, working alongside senior leaders and General Managers.

You will coordinate go-to-market work, manage dependencies and keep planning and launch in step. The role carries autonomy within a lean team, full ownership of complex transformation programs, support for AI commercialization, and a part in high-priority work that improves business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Independently drive large, complex transformation initiatives, making calls on prioritization, risk, dependencies and escalation with senior business leaders.
  • Plan, govern and run Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs from start to finish, supporting the multi-product strategy and efficient, lasting revenue growth.
  • Lead work across several business units and workstreams, tying program activity to measurable outcomes and finding ways to add value.
  • Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches.
  • Align Commercial Execution sponsors, cross-functional teams and partner functions, manage dependencies, and raise technology, commercial and business trade-offs before they stall progress.
  • Run internal and cross-functional go/no-go decisions at key phase transitions, based on readiness and value.
  • Act as the main contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders and executive sponsors, giving decision-ready updates.
  • Work with executives and department heads to align commercial, AI and transformation strategy with business goals.
  • Report consistently on outcomes, risks, dependencies and performance metrics, and communicate clearly with leadership.
  • Improve processes, tools and metrics to raise execution quality, productivity and value realization.
  • Step into hands-on work such as requirements gathering, detailed planning and task tracking when a program needs it, while keeping the intended outcome in view.
  • Follow company policies, processes and legal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or a relevant mix of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
  • Proven record of independently owning several large, complex programs at the same time.
  • Skilled at prioritization, dependency management and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams under pressure.
  • Able to own large, ambiguous, high-stakes programs with sound judgment, without senior program management oversight.
  • Understanding of value realization and benefits tracking, linking program execution to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain ideas in plain business language.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Growth and go-to-market focus, with an eye on revenue and adoption.
  • Analytical, solutions-oriented approach to complex problems.
  • Drive for process improvement.
  • Able to influence without authority and bring senior stakeholders into alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results driven, with keen attention to detail and a collaborative team style.
  • Preferred: business transformation and change management expertise.
  • Preferred: both business and technical project management experience.
  • Preferred: experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness and post-launch optimization.
  • Preferred: experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, or other CPM solutions.
