Growth Program Manager

This role runs cross-functional programs for revenue growth, product commercialization and enterprise transformation. You will work with senior leaders and General Managers to coordinate go-to-market work, manage dependencies and keep teams aligned from planning through launch. The team is lean, so you will work with a good deal of independence and own complex transformation programs from start to finish. You will also support AI commercialization and other high-priority work that improves business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transformation initiatives on your own, making sound calls on priorities, risks, dependencies and escalations with senior business leaders.
• Plan, govern and run Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs from start to finish, keeping delivery in line with the multi-product strategy and supporting steady, efficient revenue growth.
• Work with business leaders to run initiatives across several business units and workstreams, tying program activity to measurable results and finding ways to create more value.
• Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches.
• Align Commercial Execution sponsors, cross-functional teams and partner functions. Manage dependencies and raise trade-offs between technology, commercialization and business priorities early, before they block progress.
• Run internal and cross-functional go/no-go decisions at key phase transitions, based on readiness and value trade-offs.
• Be the main contact and trusted advisor for program stakeholders and executive sponsors, giving them updates they can act on.
• Work with executives and department heads to line up commercial, AI and transformation strategy with business goals.
• Report consistently on outcomes, risks, dependencies and performance metrics so leadership has full program visibility, and communicate clearly with them.
• Improve processes, tools and metrics to raise execution quality, productivity and value realization.
• Take on hands-on work such as requirements gathering, detailed planning and task tracking when a program's success depends on it, while keeping the outcome in view.
• Follow company policies, processes and legal requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
• Proven experience owning several large, complex programs at the same time, with independent drive.

Conditions

Total compensation depends on experience, skills and location, assessed with objective, job-related criteria. Additional variable pay and benefits may apply.

Gross annual base salary: $114,000 - $148,000 USD.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
