Senior Solution Consultant

You would be a senior solution consultant in Presales, an expert in the company's CPM platform who leads detailed, tailored demos and solution presentations for partners, prospects, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Present polished standard and custom demos to mid-level and C-level finance executives so deals move forward more quickly.
• Turn complex customer challenges into convincing proof-of-concept presentations.
• Build and deliver high-quality demos that show advanced features, benefits, and the product's future direction.
• Work out the best solution for each customer need and explain the company's overall value.
• Handle questions from prospects and customers with limited supervision, keeping them satisfied.
• Coach less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives, and share knowledge across the team.
• Keep standard demo environments and materials current, accurate, and high-impact.
• Give clear, persuasive presentations that build trust with stakeholders.
• Translate varied customer requirements into validated solution designs.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Have hands-on experience with CPM tools or similar platforms.
• Bring a background in finance or accounting, with business analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Be a strong presenter and public speaker who can lead technical discussions with confidence.
• Quickly assess customer environments and identify use cases for prospects.
• Have guided customers through evaluating CPM solutions or similar.
• Understand CPM concepts and financial modelling.
• Know the basics of database management and cloud-based solutions.
• Understand how finance and accounting processes work.
• Communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Listen actively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Juggle several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Build credibility and keep a professional manner with clients, including C-level executives.
• Adapt readily when priorities or client needs change.
• Work well in a collaborative team and bring a results-focused, competitive drive.
• Travel as client engagements require.
• Align solutions with customer needs while leading technical discussions.

Conditions

The position is located in the West region of the US.

The role is listed as remote.

Gross annual base salary is $175,000 to $187,500 USD.

Total pay depends on experience, skills, and location, judged by objective, job-related criteria; variable pay and other benefits may also apply.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based, without sponsorship.
