Responsibilities

• Run onboarding for new enterprise customers, starting with a close look at their requirements and then configuring the product to fit their problems.
• Lead the full implementation for new enterprise customers, building their processes from the ground up.
• Run training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders so they can use the product on their own, without ongoing help from the company.
• Manage requirements and tasks across many customer onboardings at once.
• Assign and oversee project work for the solutions and technical consultants who support you.
• Work with the product and engineering teams to decide which customer requests the company will and won't support, and set those expectations with customers.
• Do what it takes to keep customers happy and get them onboarded as fast as possible.
• Keep improving post-sales processes so customers reach value sooner.

Requirements

• You have 6+ years of experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager, an ERP or P2P Systems Consultant, or in managing key customer and stakeholder relationships at a B2B SaaS company.
• You have led enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations, ideally global ones.
• You communicate very well.
• You have extreme attention to detail and act proactively.
• You have worked with product and engineering teams.
• You can push back on requests and still keep people happy.
• You are very comfortable with software configuration. Hands-on technical skills are not required but would be a plus.
• You are willing to do what it takes to make the company and its customers happy.
