Description

The company was founded in 2020 and acquires digital-first consumer brands, then helps them grow. It has more than 240 staff across Miami, New York, London, Berlin and Shenzhen.

So far it has acquired 30+ brands in Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness and Home & Lifestyle, through 20+ acquisitions.

Brands it has integrated have recorded 16 consecutive quarters of organic like-for-like growth.

The company runs one shared operating system on NetSuite ERP with 200+ data integrations, helping brands sell on marketplaces, direct-to-consumer and in physical retail.

You will join the design team that supports the company's growing set of Amazon brands. Amazon experience is not essential, but a good grasp of Amazon creative best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design conversion-focused PDP image sets, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Store assets.
  • Produce comparison charts, feature callouts, lifestyle images and visual storytelling pieces.
  • Build launch-ready listing creative for new products.
  • Design and revise packaging, inserts and instruction manuals.
  • Prepare print-ready files that match supplier specifications.
  • Work with the Growth and Amazon teams to refine assets using research, performance data and insights.
  • Make A/B test variations to improve conversion rate.
  • Keep reworking existing creative to lift click-through rate (CTR) and conversions.
  • Keep up with Amazon design trends, policy rules and technical guidelines.
  • Keep the visual identity consistent across several brands at once.
  • Turn core brand guidelines into Amazon-ready creative.
  • Help with brand refreshes, listing overhauls and packaging updates.
  • Work with Brand Managers and Amazon Strategists to deliver creative briefs.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines with Project Managers.
  • Work with Production on photoshoots, retouching and asset creation.
  • Keep design files organised, versioned and moving through approval.

Requirements

  • 3, 5 years of graphic design experience. An eCommerce or Amazon background is strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio showing Amazon PDP, A+ Content and packaging work.
  • Advanced skill in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience with Figma or a similar collaborative design tool.
  • Experience with packaging design and print production.
  • A solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography and conversion-focused design.
  • The ability to juggle several brands and tight deadlines while staying detail-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn briefs and challenges into workable solutions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Hands-on work in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Experience designing Amazon Brand Stores, including custom layout modules.
  • Motion graphics work in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience using AI tools for image generation and creative development.
  • Photography or creative direction experience.
  • Success in the role looks like: stronger creative that lifts Amazon conversion and engagement, consistent brand presentation across listings, faster turnaround for launches and updates, scalable creative systems for multiple brands, and packaging that is compliant and meets print standards.
