Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is a remote contract role for a middle project manager who runs internal projects from start to finish.

You will work between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver new products, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and process rollout.
• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn them into clear project requirements.
• Keep business and technical teams aligned and clear on the work at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and set out how to handle them.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into current business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift, and keep teams in step.
• Track project performance and KPIs so delivery stays tied to business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and back up proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both business and technical audiences.
• A data-driven approach to making decisions.
• Experience working with AI or building it into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills, with the flexibility to handle changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or above.
