Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This is a remote contract role managing internal projects for the company.

You will work between business and technical teams on process and product changes that run through the company's internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take internal projects from early requirements gathering through to delivery and the rollout of process changes.
• Interview users and stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into concrete project requirements.
• Connect business and technical teams so everyone stays aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early, and set out how to handle each one.
• Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into current business workflows.
• Guide change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business results.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management with both business and technical audiences.
• A data-led approach to making decisions.
• Experience working with AI, either building it into products or into business processes.
• Strong organization and delivery skills, with comfort in handling changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or higher.
