Description

This role can be done remotely, but you need to be flexible and willing to travel when the work calls for it.

You will own the day-to-day running, improvement, and support of the marketing technology setup serving both DEE and Movement Disorders.

The job is hands-on: you turn business requests into workable technical solutions, lead builds and upgrades, tighten links between platforms, and help teams get real value from their tools.

You will work with Commercial, IT, data and analytics, outside vendors, and functional leaders in both indications, setting clear priorities, flagging risks early, and clearing technical obstacles that slow execution.

The company is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical business developing therapies for central nervous system disorders marked by neuronal imbalance, starting from genetic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the marketing technology ecosystem for DEE and Movement Disorder reliable, fit for purpose, well supported, and in step with changing brand, customer, and business needs.
  • Guide marketing technologies through every stage, from gathering requirements to configuration, testing, launch, and later upgrades, working with IT, Commercial, and outside partners.
  • Find gaps, dependencies, and data quality problems between systems, and fix them to make tools easier to use, more dependable, and more efficient.
  • With functional leads in DEE and Movement Disorder, turn business needs into technology priorities, define requirements, weigh trade-offs, and decide where investment goes.
  • Set practical standards and working methods for the marketing stack that balance company-wide consistency, scale, and speed against each indication's specific needs.
  • Make sure teams have the processes, skills, guidance, and help they need to use marketing platforms well and consistently.
  • Regularly review platform performance and emerging needs, look for ways to simplify the landscape, build capability, speed execution, and get more value from technology spending.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running, implementing, optimizing, or supporting marketing technology platforms and connected systems.
  • Ability to turn business and customer needs into clear requirements, priorities, and plans.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional implementations, integrations, testing, deployments, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Solid grasp of data flows, system dependencies, and why reliable, usable data matters.
  • Skill working across Commercial, IT, data and analytics, vendors, and other partners, with enough credibility to challenge, persuade, and get agreement.
  • Practical, solution-focused approach that favours simplicity, fast fixes, and better ways of working.
  • Strong ownership and discipline: juggling several priorities, anticipating risk, and moving work forward when things are unclear.
  • Clear communication and relationship skills, meeting teams where they are and driving adoption without adding unnecessary process.
  • Physical and mental demands include regular computer and equipment use, clear communication, occasional movement, comfort with screen work, basic hand coordination, and sustained focus.

Conditions

The base salary range is $140,000 - $170,000 USD per year, which is what the company reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Where you land in the range depends on experience, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, and a record of results in similar roles.

Reasonable accommodations may be made for people with disabilities to perform these functions.

Benefits

  • The company covers 99% of the premium for medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits, plus voluntary plans to tailor your cover.
  • 401(k) contributions are matched dollar-for-dollar on eligible amounts up to 6%.
  • Long-term stock incentives and an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
  • Discretionary quarterly bonus.
  • Flexible wellness benefit, generous PTO, paid holidays, and company-wide shutdowns.
