  • Communicate and collaborate well, organise your work, and feel comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Take a proactive approach, stay curious, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Preferred: experience with data analysis or visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, R or similar.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Acrobat or InDesign, or similar creative tools.
  • Preferred: interest in emerging technologies such as AI and how they can make work more efficient and reduce repetitive tasks.

Conditions

The placement lasts 12 months and is based in Blackpool, Lancashire, United Kingdom.

The company plans to separate its Orthopaedics business into a standalone orthopaedics company. The separation is expected to take 18 to 24 months and depends on legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies where required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

If you accept and the separation completes, you would expect to become an employee of the standalone orthopaedics company, governed by its employment processes, programmes, policies and benefit plans, with any planned changes shared at a suitable time after any required consultation.

The company respects diversity and treats each employee as an individual.
