  • Lead creative and messaging tests and work with creative teams to refresh assets and lift performance.
  • Monitor performance, find the cause of issues, and make optimization decisions on your own to improve delivery and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and monthly cost forecasts, keep spend tied to goals, and raise revenue or margin risks early.
  • Present clear performance readouts and recommendations to internal stakeholders, covering wins, risks and opportunities.
  • Work with Sales, Client Services, Ad Operations, Site Marketing, Product Marketing and Performance teams to launch programs on time and solve delivery problems.
  • Mentor and support junior team members by sharing best practices and helping them grow in campaign management.
  • Keep up with platform, privacy and industry changes, and lead tests of new channels, automation and AI-assisted workflows that make the team more efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience, including owning campaigns end to end.
  • A proven record of running campaigns and budgets against delivery or revenue goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads, including testing, targeting and optimization strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and turn data into clear decisions without help.
  • Excellent project management and organization, with the ability to own several programs and priorities at once.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, pacing and forecast models.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional and partner-facing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting results to stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience in health, pharma or publisher-side media.
  • Preferred: SQL or experience working with large datasets, such as in Databricks.
