The ideal person has strong project management skills, very careful attention to detail, the ability to lead others, and solid experience building integrated digital campaigns, running corporate websites and delivering events that support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run strategic marketing programs, such as digital ads, website work, email marketing, webinars, social media and lead generation.
  • Maintain the company's brand standards so every channel, communication, piece of collateral, event and digital asset looks consistent.
  • Measure how well marketing programs perform and report campaign results regularly.
  • Help write and edit copy for events, social posts, internal messages, website pages, collateral and targeted campaigns.
  • Own the corporate website: content updates, user experience, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and coordination with internal stakeholders and outside design agencies.
  • Work with the Salesforce.com administrator to improve the marketing technology stack and CRM integration, and recommend practices for campaign tracking, lead assignment and conversion.
  • Build the event strategy and manage conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars and executive events, including planning, facilitation, communications, vendors and logistics.
  • Set project timelines so deadlines, reviews and deliverables are met, assets stay on brand, and projects stay within budget.
  • Work with the marketing agency and internal stakeholders on creative assets such as promotional emails, web copy and graphics, landing pages, digital ads, event materials, trade show signage and sales collateral.
  • Process and track event and campaign expenses, showing budget against actuals and following finance procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and budget tracking for digital marketing, website, branding and events.
  • Buy, fulfill and track branded merchandise, and guide the administrative staff who handle fulfillment.
  • Help the Marketing Director build and manage the strategic marketing and content calendar.
  • Maintain the central library of sales and marketing resources, brand standards and templates.
  • Support other marketing work as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience. Healthcare technology, SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proven skill in integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Proven experience planning, facilitating and running events.

  • Experience managing and maintaining corporate websites, including WordPress.
  • Experience working with internal creative teams or external agencies to produce visually strong marketing assets.
  • Experience maintaining corporate branding across several marketing channels.
