  • Run field and digital HCP touchpoints, including sales materials, email, websites, paid media, virtual and in-person programs, point-of-care and newer channels, so content, timing and calls to action line up.
  • Use customer feedback and research to track progress against brand milestones and recommend strategy changes.
  • Work with internal and external partners to keep strategy consistent and promotional material compliant with regulations.
  • Build omnichannel measurement frameworks and use channel, content, engagement and business data to judge campaigns, improve the channel mix and customer journey, guide investment and protect return on investment.
  • Spot problems early and come up with creative solutions.
  • Manage the marketing budget for your area.
  • Juggle several complex projects, planning carefully and following through to deliver accurate work on time.
  • Review program results regularly and suggest changes to strategy or tactics.
  • Explore how new technology can be used in marketing within a regulated setting.
  • Keep the sales force informed about marketing programs.
  • Apply marketing concepts such as brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, objectives, and patient segmentation in your plans.
  • Significant work activity: sitting for long stretches, more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Marketing experience that shows you have built skills across marketing.
  • Preferred: MBA.
  • Required: at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Preferred: sales or marketing experience.
  • Preferred: a track record of building integrated HCP omnichannel programs in a regulated setting, including customer journey design, audience segmentation, channel planning, content orchestration, campaign measurement and optimization.
