  • Own weekly reporting against commercial objectives, plus monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders.
  • Carry out regular hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance.
  • Build a rigorous testing and optimisation culture, using a framework that keeps increasing incremental campaign impact.

  • A track record of managing medium to large paid media budgets and delivering growth and ROI gains through data-led decisions.
  • Strong project and time management, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Close attention to detail and strong analysis of large data sets, ideally using Google Analytics, Excel or DOMO.
  • Creative thinking, with a record of getting new ideas adopted and pioneering approaches in your team or company.
  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in its place.
  • Strong paid search experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, so you can be the go-to person for campaign and channel insight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to manage targets and deadlines effectively.
  • Desired: experience in e-commerce or other industries with large inventory.
