  • Sharpen prospect communications through better targeting, personalization, timing and coordination across channels.
  • Use performance data and customer insight to rank opportunities, direct investment, and keep a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap.
  • Lead and grow the acquisition team while working closely with eCommerce, Brand, Analytics, MarTech and Technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including leading acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Deep experience building and optimizing paid media across paid search, paid social and other acquisition channels.

  • Solid understanding of acquisition funnels, audience strategy, personalization and customer behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage large media budgets and decide spend based on performance and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a record of turning marketing and customer data into action.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and managing agencies and vendors.
  • Cross-functional leadership across eCommerce, Brand, Analytics, MarTech, Creative and Technology.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution and constant optimization.
  • Sees the big picture while driving execution.
  • Data-driven and curious, with a habit of asking why and digging deeper.
  • Thinks from the prospect's point of view.
  • Results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
