Description

As a Marketing GTM Engineer you can expect to...

Own and continuously evolve HSO’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms work seamlessly across the buyer journey and support scalable growth.

Identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient go-to-market processes and design technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve speed, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Build, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools that enhance productivity across Marketing, Sales, and the broader GTM organization.

Develop automation that supports demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), Microsoft alliance initiatives, and seller activation programs.

Help operationalize AI across marketing functions, including content creation, campaign execution, audience intelligence, personalization, reporting, and seller enablement.

Evaluate emerging marketing, automation, and AI technologies, determining where they can deliver meaningful business value and improve GTM performance.

Design and maintain scalable workflows and integrations connecting Dynamics 365 CRM, Apollo, sales engagement platforms, intent and data providers, and other GTM tools.

Create dashboards, automated reporting, alerts, and actionable insights that help teams understand performance and focus on high-impact opportunities.

Establish documentation, governance, and best practices that enable automation and AI solutions to scale safely and effectively across the organization.

Serve as a technical problem solver for Marketing by improving processes, accelerating execution, and helping teams work smarter through technology.

You’re great at...

Understanding B2B marketing and how prospects move through the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.

Translating business challenges into practical technology, automation, and AI solutions.

Building workflows, integrations, and automated processes across multiple platforms and systems.

Working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and low-code/no-code automation tools.

Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to create measurable business impact.

Using data, reporting, and analytics to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.

Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Experimenting, prototyping, and iterating quickly rather than waiting for perfect requirements.

Thriving in a fast-moving environment where technology and business needs continue to evolve.

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have...

5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, revenue operations, growth operations, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing processes and the end-to-end lead-to-revenue lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.

Experience building and managing workflows, integrations, and automations across multiple technologies.

Hands-on experience using AI tools, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-enabled automation within real business workflows.

Experience working with APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code automation platforms, and data integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.

Experience supporting go-to-market functions such as demand generation, ABM, alliance marketing, sales activation, or revenue growth initiatives is highly desirable.
