The company is a global B2B fintech that runs an API-based platform, letting partners offer mobile investing and trading to their clients worldwide.

Its toolkit supports traditional investment workflows and newer approaches such as fractional share ownership, across US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options.

The company combines start-up speed with Wall Street discipline, aiming for institutional-grade execution and regulatory compliance.

In this role you help define how the products are understood, valued, and taken up in the market. You turn customer needs, market insights, and product features into clear stories that win customers and support growth.

You work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, competitive position, and tools for customer-facing teams. You learn from experienced marketers, bring your own ideas, and see your work show up in engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables to support product launches across teams
  • Draft and refine copy and key materials that shape product positioning and messaging
  • Collect and summarize market and customer insights for the wider business
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues and bring the customer view into their discussions
  • Measure campaign and launch results, and suggest improvements
  • Support campaigns and resources that drive product adoption
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, battle cards, and decks
  • Research markets and competitors, and keep competitor profiles current
  • Help develop content and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, market research, or a related area
  • Clear, confident writing and presentation skills, with a talent for explaining complex topics simply
  • Curiosity about markets, with hands-on work in research, competitor tracking, or collecting customer feedback
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides, with experience building decks, one-pagers, or other marketing content
  • A team-first approach and willingness to work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once
  • Comfort with data, such as compiling campaign metrics or survey results to spot trends
  • A customer-first outlook and an interest in what drives customer decisions
  • The company seeks AI-curious people who use emerging tools to sharpen signal quality, reduce friction, and improve outcomes. Your skill with internal tools matters as much as your core domain expertise.
