Description

The company tests and certifies sports nutrition products. It works with supplement manufacturers, brands and athletes to show that products have been checked for quality, contamination and label accuracy.

Its certification programmes help consumers make more confident choices and let responsible brands show they make safer, higher-quality products.

The company is one of four global brands within a wider assurance group.

This role turns complex product and technical information into clear, engaging campaigns that generate interest and support commercial growth.

It is a hands-on position for someone who can run day-to-day delivery of multi-channel marketing, from content and campaign builds to automation and pipeline tracking.

You will work alongside the Marketing Programme Manager, the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team on campaigns across the company's portfolio, covering email, automation, digital, social, paid channels, events and thought leadership.

The role suits someone with solid B2B marketing experience who is ready to take on more ownership of campaign delivery. It is not an entry-level job or a strategic management role.

Strong candidates enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, and want to use campaign results to improve what comes next.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth.
  • Research, write and edit content for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Produce campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, presentations, brochures, case studies, web pages and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Build and launch emails, forms and landing pages in Pardot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Design nurture journeys that move prospects toward becoming qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Segment audiences using customer, demographic and lead data to make campaigns more relevant.
  • Support email, website content, SEO, social media and online advertising.
  • Run campaigns through the platform so leads are captured consistently and pipeline progress can be followed.
  • Report on campaign performance against agreed marketing and commercial measures.
  • Use results from campaign and email testing to improve copy, creative, segmentation and conversion.
  • Organise the company's presence at conferences, exhibitions and other industry events.
  • Coordinate internal specialists and external agencies to deliver work on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Keep the brand clearly recognisable at every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

  • You must have personally delivered marketing campaigns, not only coordinated or overseen them.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical, scientific, certification, professional services or similarly complex sector.
  • Hands-on delivery of campaigns across several channels, especially email, digital content, social media and events.
  • Strong copywriting and editing, with examples of turning detailed technical information into accessible customer content.
  • Practical use of a CRM and marketing automation platform to build campaigns, manage leads and track performance.
  • Experience creating emails, landing pages, forms, nurture journeys or automated communications.
  • An understanding of audience segmentation, lead generation and how marketing supports pipeline development.
  • Confidence managing several campaigns and deadlines at once, with close attention to detail.
  • Experience briefing agencies, designers or other internal specialists.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Useful: Pardot experience. Comparable platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing are also relevant.
  • Advantage: familiarity with SEO, paid digital campaigns, design tools or video-editing software.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role open to people based in the UK and within commuting distance of East Cambridgeshire or Central London.

You must be able to travel to the Victoria (SW1E 5JL) and Fordham (CB7 5WW) offices for 1 or 2 days per month for team collaboration and business meetings. Please consider this before applying.

Every applicant is assessed on individual merit, and discrimination on any protected basis, including age, disability, race, sex, sexual orientation or religion, is prohibited.
