Marketing & CRM Specialist Apprentice

Description

The company supplies equipment, systems, digital solutions and value-added services for the freight and transit rail sectors, with more than 150 years of experience.

The work covers freight, transit, ports, logistics, mining, industrial and marine markets. The company has about 30,000 employees worldwide.

This apprenticeship sits across CRM support, strategic marketing and day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Help users work with the CRM tool daily and encourage its uptake across the team.
• Train new CRM users, including on the core B2B processes.
• Work with IT on CRM upgrades and related projects.
• Tell users about new CRM features, content, dashboards and improvements.
• Run competitive analyses across the markets the company already serves.
• Carry out one-off market studies for Business Unit Managers and the Transit Management Team, such as new technologies, adjacent products, market potential and other strategic questions.
• Help build marketing communication campaigns.
• Write marketing content, including articles and white papers.
• Help produce product promotion materials and videos.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of the Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good English.
• A Bac+3 in engineering or from a business school, with the ability to work in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Conditions

Work-study position starting January 2027.
