Description

The company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its Sydney West Logistics & Industrial brokerage team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Parramatta office. The role mixes marketing, campaign coordination and team administration, supporting the work of bringing properties to market and keeping clients well served.

You will work alongside the brokers to put together marketing materials, prepare client presentations and reports, keep campaign records up to date and keep day-to-day work on track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns, covering collateral, campaign paperwork, enquiry registers and vendor reports.
  • Help prepare and produce marketing materials, presentations and client proposals for properties.
  • Support LinkedIn profiles and digital content for the team.
  • Keep property, client and campaign records accurate, and provide data and reporting support.
  • Work with brokers, clients, vendors, legal teams and internal colleagues to organise documents and campaign needs.
  • Prepare property authorities, heads of agreement and other brokerage paperwork.
  • Organise client meetings and team events, including agendas, presentations and supporting material.
  • Support the Head of Brokerage and the wider Sydney West team with diary management, travel bookings and expense reconciliation.
  • Reply to enquiries quickly and professionally, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Varied work that lets you use your marketing coordination skills alongside strong organisation and close attention to detail.
  • At least two years of experience in marketing coordination, property campaign support or a team coordination role that included marketing duties.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or property, ideally supporting a brokerage team.
  • Experience preparing marketing collateral, presentations and client-facing documents.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with accuracy and consistency in your work.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and hit deadlines in a busy setting.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the confidence to work with senior leaders, clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to support both marketing work and the team's administrative needs.

Conditions

12-month fixed-term contract.

Based in the Parramatta office.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates to apply.
