Description

The role leads and grows marketing partnerships in the aggregator channel, which is central to driving customer acquisition and shaping the company's partner-led growth approach.

You will own the full acquisition strategy and work closely with partners to hit demanding performance targets, while also finding ways to improve customer funnels and raise product visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow strategic aggregator partnerships by building joint roadmaps and bringing internal and external collaborators together on marketing initiatives with real impact.
  • Run and refine the acquisition strategy so performance stays within budget, and manage risks, weak results and new growth openings as they arise.
  • Analyse funnel data, including click-to-sale conversion, to find insights and turn them into performance gains.
  • Help partners lift the visibility and results of the company's products while tracking the competition.
  • Work with commercial, product, legal and compliance teams to shape pricing, improve customer journeys, manage commercial agreements and keep a sound risk and control framework.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience running high-value marketing partnerships, ideally in aggregators, credit cards, lending or digital acquisition.
  • A commercial, data-led approach, with confidence reading metrics such as conversion, acquisition cost and funnel performance to improve partner results.
  • A proven record of hitting acquisition and growth targets by using data to keep improving performance.
  • Skill in turning data into action by monitoring campaigns during and after launch to spot opportunities, manage risk and drive measurable gains.
  • Awareness of market shifts and emerging trends, with the ability to deliver ongoing improvements across partners, processes and channels.
  • Nice to have: experience with aggregators and cards.
  • Nice to have: hands-on SQL.

Conditions
