Sign Up to ReadA global sports technology company that builds products for sports fans and bettors. Its solutions serve more than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators and consumer platforms in 120 countries.
The company treats security as central to its products, infrastructure and operations. As its engineering setup changes, it is building up DevSecOps so that security is part of every software delivery stage.
You would join the Information Security organisation in Warsaw as Lead DevSecOps Engineer. The role spans security, platform engineering and software development.
The team covers DevSecOps, cloud security, application security, security tooling and vulnerability management. Nobody has to own every area. You contribute where your strengths can make the biggest difference, and you work across disciplines with engineering, platform and product teams to build secure-by-design systems at scale.
The aim is to move security out of a final review gate and into the development process itself. This is not a traditional operational security job, so engineering skill matters as much as security knowledge.
This role follows an office-first model and is based in Warsaw.
You will work from the Warsaw office five days per week, collaborating closely with engineering, platform and security teams.
From the office, 4 or more days a week in the office
