Description

The company is a large global bank, and this summer technology analyst program brings in forward-thinking people to work on real problems.

The technology group supports the company's platforms for clients worldwide, with over 30,000 technologists across the firm. It builds scalable, low-latency, high-frequency enterprise systems that support the company's strategic goals, using a wide range of technologies and automation.

The program starts in June with in-depth training on the analyst role and the company's culture, plus on-the-desk training, a speaker series and networking. Many summer analysts later join as full-time analysts.

Technology underpins everything the bank does. It protects the bank and its clients' assets and data, provides the internal tools staff need, and shapes the digital architecture and customer experience. The Chief Information Security Office works to keep clients' assets and information safe.

This is a full-time intern role in the Management Development Programs group, based in Warsaw, Poland.
