Description

The company is growing quickly, driven by new IT projects and expansion of its existing business, and is continually staffing those projects with qualified people.

The role supports the company's client service by filling IT positions, mainly in Java and BI, for public and private sector projects.

You will work with several of the company's entities in Brussels.

The company specialises in complex public sector IT projects, covering systems integration, informatics, analytics, solution implementation and programme management.

Its teams work on software development, data science, security, machine learning, cloud and mobile development.

The company was acquired by Accenture in July 2024.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Unit Managers, Sales Managers and Delivery Managers to define requirements and write profiles for open positions.
• Source candidates for open roles.
• Run pre-screening, pre-selection and interviews.
• Help organise the company's branding activities at schools, job fairs and HR events.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to find and recruit strong candidates.
• Keep up with recruiting trends and modern sourcing methods.
• Build a pipeline of key talent who could start quickly.
• Handle all communication with candidates.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years working in recruitment.
• Fluent English.
• Dutch and French are a big advantage.
• Proven experience writing, editing and reviewing high-quality English documents.
