In this role you will support the Operations team's managers by coordinating work across several projects. The job mixes project delivery, operational coordination and client contact, and you will help organise how the team works. Responsibilities

  • Help managers plan, rank and track the team's work
  • Coordinate operational cases so that actions are carried out more efficiently
  • Keep processes, project documentation and status updates clear and current
  • Build good working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Spot risks, dependencies and issues, and help the team resolve them

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's, master's or engineering degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering, Infrastructure, or another relevant vocational qualification
  • You have at least 2 years in a relevant IT role, such as project coordination, IT operations, consulting or software development
  • You have coordinated projects or worked on initiatives involving several stakeholders
  • You understand the basics of IT infrastructure and operations
  • You take initiative, pick things up quickly and work independently in a fast-moving setting
  • You work in a structured, process-driven way and are comfortable writing and maintaining documentation
  • You write and speak English excellently
  • Beneficial but not a must: experience with Linux and cloud platforms, especially Azure
  • Beneficial but not a must: a relevant project management or service management certification, such as PRINCE2 or ITIL
