IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

Description

The role sits in IT Operations, working in an Agile and DevOps setting. You help deliver and maintain technology solutions across their full life cycle.

You bring operational needs into solution design, help keep production and non-production environments stable, and support monitoring and day-to-day operations.

You attend project meetings and work with stakeholders on complexity reviews, risk assessments and solution planning. You also work with Application Production Support teams to spread production good practice across projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Take part in defining the technical solution.
• Bring production and infrastructure requirements into scoping and the product backlog.
• Train the Product and Project team in application production best practices.
• Make sure production and infrastructure resources are available by helping deploy solutions.
• Work with Production Support Applications to set up monitoring and oversee services.
• Help keep services running smoothly.
• Help improve production through automation, performance work and similar improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, production operations steering, and IT risk and cyber security.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience.
