Internship – IT Application Support (Supply Chain)

Description

This is an internship in IT application support for the supply chain management department of the company. The team runs and develops the applications that department uses.

The team includes service managers, who each oversee a set of applications, application managers and specialists who handle individual applications, and cross-application roles such as business analyst and solution architect.

Responsibilities

• Keep communication flowing with stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
• Answer questions from suppliers, managers and other business units.
• Help test applications, log issues and collect user feedback.
• Follow the progress of IT projects and send relevant parties updates when they are needed.

Requirements

• You are studying at a university now, ideally in Global Business Services (GBS), business analysis, project management or a related field.
• You speak English and Polish fluently.
• You are keen on IT tools and technology.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, creative and dependable.
• Nice to have: experience with Excel, Visual Basic or Office 365.

Conditions

The role is part time, based in Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland, and is not remote.
