Description

The UK Consumer Brand Partnerships team is part of a small UK marketing group that also includes social, influencer, creative and brand teams. The role reports to the Brand Partnerships Lead.

The Brand Partnerships Manager (UK) owns revenue brand partnerships and connects Consumer Marketing with the Global Sales Organisation (GSO). The focus is co-marketing experiential programmes, meaning in-person brand activations, and growing the Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit, which gives top advertisers governed access to company IP off the platform while driving commercial revenue.

The company is a platform where millions of people look for creative ideas and plan for the future. Its interview process assesses how you think and how you work with AI, so you should be able to explain your approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, briefing and delivery of advertiser co-marketing experiential programmes and physical brand activations, from first concept through to launch.
  • Run the UK side of the Advertiser Co-Marketing Brand Toolkit: review submissions from GSO, enforce media minimums and approve co-branded assets.
  • Work with GSO to pick target advertisers, build commercial partnership packages and run pitches together.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand, making sure every activation meets strict standards for brand safety, audience fit and IP use.
  • Manage external experiential, creative and production agencies so activations stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Creative Strategy, Insights, Editorial, Product, Legal and PR, and build relationships with external clients, internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to speed up early planning, briefing and campaign reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand partnerships, creative strategy or experiential programme leadership.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A proven record of leading pop-up or in-person experiential programmes from planning to launch.
  • Experience developing and reviewing creative work, holding to brand standards and giving clear feedback that improves ideas and execution.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to drive commercial revenue.
  • Strong skills in writing briefs, managing stakeholders and overseeing agencies.
  • You adapt well, stay resilient in a changing environment, manage several priorities at once and work confidently with uncertainty.

Conditions

The role is hybrid. Work is not always done in an office, but the team meets at the London office once a week or for key collaboration moments.

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Details of the working model are on the company's PinFlex page.

By applying, you confirm that everything you submit is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. False or missing information may disqualify you or lead to dismissal if found after hiring.

The company welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
