Description

The company makes AI-powered cybersecurity for operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure, protecting energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources and critical infrastructure organizations, including large enterprises and government bodies, in more than 68 countries.

You would join the Product Education team, working across functions to design, build and keep up learning content that shows people how to set up, manage and use the platform.

The role suits someone who can turn complex technical material into learning that builds confidence and produces measurable results, and who enjoys working where education, technology and storytelling meet.

You would analyse learning needs, then build and maintain curriculum and assessments so content matches learning objectives, business goals and target outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop assigned learning experiences and assessments against defined learning outcomes and technical proficiency goals.
• Apply instructional design best practice to create engaging, effective activities, knowledge checks and certifications.
• Make sure delivered content meets its learning objectives, competency goals, design standards and business priorities.
• Measure how well your content works using LMS engagement analytics and post-course survey feedback.
• Help grow the Academy and keep improving it.
• Share ownership of learning experiences and their results.
• Work with partners in Professional Services, Product, Engineering and Marketing, among others.

Requirements

• Strong writing, organisation and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating work with a range of subject matter experts.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Proven record designing and developing learning content at scale.
• Solid grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design methods and learning evaluation.
• Familiarity with learning and content tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, CloudShare and Skilljar.
• A collaborative, coachable attitude and genuine interest in learning.

Conditions

Base pay is $77,762 to $89,118. This is the range the company reasonably expects to pay, based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, training, certifications and other relevant factors. Candidates outside this range may still apply.

Successful candidates must pass background verification checks.
