  • Demonstrate equipment operation and specifications to the customer under the Customer Acceptance Procedure (CAP).
  • Advise customers on spare parts orders and on emergency and contract service requests so they can run their VMS equipment safely and to specification.

  • Record installation and upgrade work in company systems so other VMS teams have accurate customer data.
  • Work safely and professionally under VMS guidelines and customer rules.
  • Manage parts for each installation: inventory, ordering, restocking the spares kit, handling short shipments, and returning consigned parts on time per procedure.
  • Keep technical documentation on product operating characteristics, design, performance and development to improve install efficiency.
  • Submit FSRs, time sheets, expense reports and other reports on schedule so customer activity statistics stay accurate.
  • Complete all installation paperwork and update required tracking data.
